Normally I rate Garneau products highly. This helmet is light and comfortable but that is where it ends. The buckles at the ear drops and the chin strap are awful holding at best. I am familiar and read how to loosen and tighten the ear drops by the bending in the middle and then straightening every which way to adjust and all that. But..........the adjustment does not hold worth a darn for even a short ride to the market. The chin strap is even worse for this. I have to constantly tighten the buckles. This worries me to another end and that is what happens when and if it is needed to hold in a fall? I hope I do not have to experience that. So.....I am looking again for another helmet. And no I cannot recommend this helmet due to the inferior buckle systems. So do not waste your money on this helmet. Look for a more secure design.
