The Giro Remedy CF features a three-position adjustable bolt-on visor, and a washable interior lining. The Remedy CF mountain helmet comes in three Super Fit sizes, which combine human scale factor data with handcrafted headforms and rider feedback for ultimate comfort. Giro's Remedy CF helmet weighs 900 grams, and complies with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's safety standards for bicycle helmets.

The Remedy Carbon is solid helmet. Its one of the more affordable carbon fiber offerings out there and for the price its great. Its very light and very comfortable. Comfort for helmets though does ultimately depend on how it fits a particular head. But if this one fits ok, its comfortable. I have owned 2 of these. I broke the first in a hard crash (which the helmet is supposed to do). My head was fine though, the helmet did its job. Giro offers a decent crash replacement policy where they will give you I think it was 35% off a new helmet if you wreck yours in a crash. Keep in mind in a helmet is supposed to break in a real hard crash, that's how it protects your head.
