For those seeking a more ventilated bike helmet, optimized for low weight and user comfort, the Receptor Flow is an excellent choice. safety is kept at a high level thanks to the advanced shell from the Receptor + helmet with an eps liner optimized in density to match perfectly with the shell. For extra safety, the liner is also in-molded with a second shell to reinforce certain areas. The size adjustment system provides a simple way to customize the fit of the helmet. We have listened to the demands of our pro riders, seeking for a more slim design that grips snugly around the head to stay comfortably in place during the various movements of the head that takes place while performing tricks in the BMX park or riding a bumpy dirt track. This helmet is pretty tight at first, so I took out one of the removable pads in the back of it. After about an hour I ended up putting the pad back in because it broke in. I have had a couple of crashes on it and it is still holding up. The strap can come loose every once in a while but that is OK if you pay attention to it. It is also very ventalated compared to my other skateboard helmets that I use while biking. Over all it is a great helmet.
