I recently ordered 3 of these helmets. They look great, but 1 of the 3 is defective. The strap came loose at the base the second time it was worn. It cannot be repaired, the hole in the helmet looks large and melted. I contacted customer service and they have not been responsive. I expected better quality at this price, but it's honestly style not quality. Bummer. I really like these designs. The fit is off with all 3 of the helmets too. Not too bad, but I expected more. Still looking for a great bike and snowboarding helmet...
